Opportunity for Restaurant Owners on Union Street in Downtown Lynn!

The Union Street Lynn TDI Partnership, which includes Lynn Main Streets, EDIC Lynn, and MassDevelopment, are excited to announce the launch of the Union Street TDI Restaurant Support Project, an initiative created to mitigate current economic challenges facing small businesses and to encourage the stability and growth of downtown Lynn. 

The project will provide free business consulting and implementation assistance to restaurants located on Union Street in the downtown Lynn TDI District from Exchange Street to Shorey Street.  

All eligible restaurants will have access to free consulting services from Revby, a small business technical assistance provider and business, marketing, and market research consultancy, which focuses on food services small business owners and entrepreneurs. The free assistance will include a thorough business assessment with improvement recommendations as well as consulting services to assist in marketing, growth, resiliency, customer experience, and more. After Revby’s initial consulting work, the Union Street Lynn TDI Partnership team will continue to provide follow-up support for several months to ensure the success of the project. In addition, restaurants that complete the initial consulting will be eligible to apply for access to additional sources of funding to implement larger projects recommended by Revby. 

The project is focused on supporting restaurants because they are an important third space and a reflection of the diversity of the city. Restaurants have also been acutely affected by current economic issues, including inflation and supply chain disruption.
