An Urban Main Project

Lynn Main Streets (LMS) was established in 2019 when a group of Lynners came together with business owners, city leaders and nonprofit organizations who shared the passion for an inclusive vision of a thriving downtown. Galvanizing resources to bring existing recommendations and plans for downtown into reality, LMS adopted the Main Street America project framework to focus on economic, vitality, design, promotion and organization strategies for underutilized historic downtowns.

Michael Lucerto

Michael became Executive Director in July of 2026 after serving on the Lynn Main Streets Board of Directors. He is the Founder of Inc.ubate Coworking in Lynn & Winthrop. Michael’s family has owned and operated businesses on the North Shore for 4 generations. His professional career in International Education, technology, and innovation have brought him to all corners of the earth. He’s determined to blend cutting edge business and community development with the local traditions of the Lynn community. He brings a collaborative, partnership driven, approach to Lynn Main Street's work.
